A Maximum Home Inspection offers residential property and building inspections to help protect you. We understand that your home is the biggest investment you'll make in your lifetime, and that is why we encourage you to get a professional home inspection performed by an ASHI / NAHI-CRI Inspector, before you make your final buying or selling decision. A Maximum Home Inspection has more than 30 years of practical experience and the knowledge to do the job right. You are welcome to accompany the inspector during the inspection. We also inspect new construction.
Waterfront Specialist. Very few to none have the experience that this inspector has inregard to waterfront areas, bulklheads, sinking and moving structures, etc.

Our inspections take approximately 3 hours. Our fully narrative reports take an additional 3 hours to review and compose. This is done by the inspector not a secretary [usually done the same day]. We are always readily available to answer any of your questions, before, during and long after the inspection.

We carry the required liability insurance that protects the homeowner. We also carry the costly E & O [errors & omissions] insurance that protects the home buyer. Many inspection companies do not carry E&O insurance.
